Everyday Hemp Seed Massage Oil

This lightweight body oil provides smooth massage glide while featuring nourishing hemp seed oil. Makes approximately 2 fluid ounces.

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons hemp seed oil
• 1 tablespoon jojoba oil
• 1 tablespoon fractionated coconut oil
• 8 drops lavender essential oil
• 4 drops frankincense essential oil

Fragrance-free option: Leave out the essential oils.

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a clean, dry 2-ounce bottle.
2. Close the bottle and gently roll it between your hands until blended.
3. Label the bottle with the recipe name and preparation date.
4. Apply a small amount to intact body skin and massage.

Storage and Safety

Store tightly closed in a cool, dark place and use within two months. For adult external use only. Patch test before broader use. Avoid the face, eyes, broken skin, and irritated skin. Stop using the oil if irritation occurs. Keep away from children and pets.
